Ingredients
3 Cups Epsom Salt
1.5 Cups Coarse Sea Salt (we love pink Himalayan sea salt)
½ Cup Baking Soda
20 Drops Essential Oils (choose whichever scent is your favourite!)
Optional
2-3 tablespoons Dried Flowers
2 tablespoons Skin Oil
Materials
Small mason jars
Steps
Gather all of the ingredients.
Mix them all in a large glass bowl with clean hands or a spatula.
Store in glass jars, leaving a bit of space to prevent air pressure from building up!
This very simple recipe creates about 5 cups in total which will last you 5-10 baths (use 1/2cup - 1 cup per bath) AND they last up to 6 months! Just be sure to store it in a cool and dry place.
