We want you to adore your new items! If you're not completely happy, return full-priced items for store credit within 21 days of delivery.
Please note: refunds are only available for manufacturing faults.
For returns, make sure:
- Items are returned within 21 days.
- They’re unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached.
- ‘Final Sale' items can’t be returned.
- Footwear must include the original shoebox in its original condition.
- Intimates, hair accessories, hats, earrings, beauty products, and Undercover Style Helpers are non-returnable.
Exclusions:
- ‘Final Sale’ and ‘Sale’ items cannot be returned.
- Opened hair accessories, hats, earrings, beauty products and Undercover Style Helpers are non-returnable.
- Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear, intimates and bodysuits cannot be returned.
Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable. We process returns within 3 business days, but during busy periods like holidays, there might be a slight delay. Thanks for your patience!

If using the original Fortunate One packaging, remove or cover the old shipping label to prevent delays.
We do not cover return shipping costs.

Click the button below to access the returns portal and follow the instrutions. After payment, you’ll receive a postage label to print and attach to your package.
Be sure to remove or cover the original shipping label.
Drop it off at a red AusPost box or a local AusPost shop. Easy!

Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges, but you can return items for store credit and order a different size or something else you love. To avoid missing out on your size, return your items promptly. Once credited, use your store credit to shop on our site.
Store Credit
After we receive your return, we'll credit your Fortunate One account. If you checked out as a guest, we’ll create an account for you. Check your store credit balance by logging in.
Store credit can only be used at au.fortunateone.com and can’t be converted to cash or transferred. If your purchase exceeds your store credit, you'll need to pay the difference with another method.
Using store credit means you agree to our Terms.
Faulty Items
We inspect each product before shipping, but if you find a manufacturing fault, contact us at hello@fortunateone.com with a photo of the issue. Refunds require photographic evidence of the fault.
