Conjuring Good Vibes

We're always looking for ways to conjure poisitive vibes. As many of you dreamers know, the world today can be a troublesome and testing place and we need now, more than ever, to be able to conjure good vibes. We've compiled a list of our favourite ways to conjure good vibes to aid you dreamers in your pursuit of light. We hope you use whatever method you find most helpful to ensure that nothing ever dims your luminosity.

"To keep the body in good health is a duty, otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear." ― Buddha

We all understand the importance of eating good food and how different nutrients have an effect on the body for the better, so we won't dwell too much on this point. What we urge all of you to do is to eat well - not just "good" (read: traditionally healthy) food, but well in the sense that you should eat food you enjoy, food that makes you happy and food that gives you energy to do the things you love.

We're so thankful for our family and friends and we know how lucky we are to be surrounded by such incredible people. Friends and family are the people we do life with and they help shape us into who we are so we encourage all of you to surround yourself with good people. Surround yourself with people who uplift, encourage and inspire you with their words and actions. We also encourage you all to be good to those that let you in their inner circle.

There are a myriad of crystals out there and they serve many purposes, some help bring good fortune, some are used to attract love and others are used to improve health. They're a great, natural way to target specific problems that are bringing down your vibe and depending on size, you can carry some with you on your travels.

There's a belief that in order to be productive you need to constantly be working but rest is an essential part of the process. Our mind, bodies and spirits go through a lot and it's important to take a break and relax. You work hard and you shouldn't feel guilty about taking a break, we all need to take some time out to re-align the things that may have become misaligned in the process of hard work.

There are many ways to meditate but these by far are our favourite.

1. Practicing stillness

We love to communicate with others and exchange ideas and interests, but we also know there's a benefit to being still and seeking solitude. Our favourite way to practice stillness is to immerse ourselves in nature.

2. Reciting mantras

We usually make our own mantras, often reciting words and phrases that relate to a particular situation, but we also recite words written and spoken by others that have affected us and give us a surge of power.

"You have survived every moment of your life, even the ones you swore you wouldn't. This time is no different; you will last." - Unknown

"If the ocean can calm itself, so can you. We are both salt water mixed with air." - Nayyirah Waheed

"Let go or be dragged" - Zen proverb

3. Yoga

It's been scientifically proven that stretching can help alleviate stress, help your body move with more fluidity and decrease your chances of injury. To us, yoga is an extension of stretching and provides those benefits as well as help us recenter ourselves.
