Coronavirus Outbreak Message

Like many of you, we are closely monitoring the outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and its impact on the world.

We want to reassure you that Hello Molly is doing everything in its power to ensure the wellbeing of our team and our customers.

Following advice from the World Health Organisation, we are promoting utmost cleanliness, regular handwashing and have set up numerous hygiene stations around the office with hand sanitizer and face masks.

Further to this, we have created opportunities for our team to work from home wherever possible. Our dedicated warehouse staff are still operating from our Sydney premises and there are no current disruptions to order fulfillment or returns processing.

We will keep you updated on any changes and welcome you to reach out to our Customer Care team with any feedback or requests.

To give you peace of mind we have also extended returns to 90 days from the date of delivery. We know getting to a post office may not be the easiest task right now.

On a personal note, we realize in this time of social distancing party dresses are not ‘essential’ but we have never needed an excuse to look and feel fabulous! At Hello Molly we will always do the responsible thing and make sure everyone is safe during this time. We also believe it is important to have an escape from all this craziness whether that is taking up a healthy new habit at home or browsing your fave brand’s socials. For this reason, we will continue to provide you with all the content you love -- inspo, styling tips and a cute puppy thrown in for good measure. We will get through this, together.

UPDATE 21 March: 

NOTICE FOR USA RETURNS: Please note that due to the increase in cases of COVID-19 in LA county, our Burbank returns office has been temporarily shut down. We ask for you to hold onto any returns until we reopen. Returns already on the way may be delivered but cannot be processed as for the health and safety of our team, our returns processing agents have been asked to stay home. We appreciate your understanding.

We have already extended our returns policy to 90 days and will honour any older returns. When we reopen we will also temporarily suspend our store credit policy and issue refunds to your original payment method for your returned goods. We're all in this together!

At this time there are no closures in our Sydney HQ and any returns delivered there are being processed normally.
